This deep cleansing facial includes a cleansing, gentle exfoliation and a rosemary mint mask to help balance the skin.

This is an excellent treatment to clear up acne breakouts. Exfoliation using very fine crystals, micro-dermabrasion is great for minimizing and in some cases eliminating acne scarring.

An intensive deep tissue massage that alleviates sore muscles, increases circulation and relaxes the body. This massage is wonderful for everyone, particularly those with muscle tension. Recovery from muscle soreness allows for quicker return to your muscle training programs. 

Body Scrub for Men
A full body exfoliation leaving your skin soft and hydrated. 
 

Gentleman's Facial
A refreshing Citrus Gel Cleanser is applied, followed by a gentle Jojoba bead exfoliation. Next, a stimulating facial mask awakens your skin’s natural vitality. A pressure point massage, along with a light application of seaweed mineralizing gel completes this relaxing experience.    

Gentleman’s Manicure
Begins with our “Hot Rocks” Spa soak. Nails are neatly trimmed and manicured. We soften and moisturize your hands with a sea salt scrub, followed by a relaxing massage.    

Sports Pedicure
A great treatment for men who neglect their feet. Relax in our shiatsu massage chair. Then kick back while we groom and massage those tired feet. Enclosed area for privacy.
